Where do you ship to?

We would love to send our Childhood Journals to you, wherever you are. Whilst our Standard Delivery options are only for the UK, if you are interested in International Delivery please contact us through the website. Provide your address, and we will reply with quotes for delivery to you.

How much does delivery cost?

We are working hard to continue to send your orders to you. However, please note that deliveries may be disrupted during the Coronavirus pandemic.

For orders of 1 Journal, Standard UK Delivery is £4.20 or £6.00 for 2-3 Journals.

Standard UK Delivery is FREE for orders over £100.

Shipping to Europe starts temporarily paused due to Brexit-related delays.

International Shipping to the USA, Australia and New Zealand starts from £25.

We welcome wholesale enquiries, so please do get in touch with us at nancy@monthofsundaysjournal.com should you wish to stock our products.

How quickly will I receive my order?

We are aiming to dispatch orders as soon as possible throughout the pandemic, but please note that deliveries may be delayed due to Royal Mail disruptions. Personalised orders could take a little longer.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you will be delighted with your order. However, please note that our products are handmade, meaning that small inconsistencies between products are to be expected. 
If you are unsatisfied, you can contact us within 14 days from date of delivery to arrange a return for an exchange or refund, excluding the postage costs. Please note that personalised items can only be returned in the unlikely event that there is a defect upon delivery, and photographic evidence of this defect must be provided.
Notify us of your return either through the website or at hello@monthofsundaysjournal.com, quoting your order reference number.
Unfortunately, Month of Sundays Ltd. cannot offer free returns and the postage cost of the return cannot be refunded by Month of Sundays Ltd. Items must be returned in perfect condition to be eligible for refund or exchange. We strongly recommend using a tracked service with proof of postage for any returns.

We cannot be accountable for Royal Mail delays during the pandemic; we will need to follow due process with Royal Mail, so 30 days must have elapsed from date of despatch before a refund can be issued.
